I saw Dr. Hector Bibilonia on October 12, 2024, and I can’t say enough about how amazing he and his staff, Brittany and Jaleaya, are! Initially, I was a bit unsure if he’d be the right fit, mainly because he looks so young. I told him during our first meeting that I don’t trust doctors easily and that I have a real phobia of going to the dentist. Dr. Bibilonia reassured me that he was gentle and understanding, and he absolutely lived up to that promise. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and also relatable. I even asked him to pray for me before starting the procedure, and he kindly agreed, which really put me at ease. He removed the cavity from both my teeth, placed a temporary crown, and when I returned on October 26 for the permanent crown, he made sure I was comfortable once again. I highly recommend Dr. Bibilonia to anyone who’s a bit of a “chicken” like me and has a fear of going to the dentist. You’ll be in great hands!
RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS
I saw Dr. Avi Amsalem on May 10, 2023, to have a tooth removed near my sinus and to start the implant process on the other side of my mouth. Kim and Chombine At the front desk made the check process smooth. Kim talked to me about her fear and told me in so many words that I was in good hands. I was extremely scared due to past traumatic experiences with other doctors who didn’t seem to care. But Dr. Amsalem changed that. From the moment I met him, I could tell he genuinely cared. Dr. Amsalem is incredibly gentle and patient, taking the time to make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I even asked if he would pray with me before beginning, which he kindly did. That personal touch gave me a deep sense of reassurance that I was in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Amsalem and his team to anyone who, like me, has a phobia of dental procedures. His kindness and professionalism made all the difference, and I’m truly grateful for the care he provided.
